Hands, hearts and art to reconnect with natural cycles!

Thanks to the Cities Go Climate Neutral project, we were in the heart of Sicily, in Calatafimi, Italy, to interview a new reality born from the intertwining of creativity, community and sustainability.
We witnessed the Renè project, pioneers of a unique transnational initiative focused on circular economy practices that transcend borders, from Italy to Tunisia and beyond!

At the heart of this initiative is the Reuse Centre, a beacon of innovation and social justice. By turning used clothes and small electronic waste into treasures, they not only reduce waste, but also provide employment opportunities for local youth, highlighting the potential of circular economy models.

We had the wonderful opportunity to delve into the hearts of those who support this cause. Our interviews revealed stories of resilience, passion and inspiring communities.

Join us in working towards a climate neutral future!

Want to find out more about the project and be part of the transformation?
Over the coming months, we will be publishing ‘Success Stories’ interviews on the Cities Go Climate Neutral website and on our social media.
